At Premium Android Car Stereos, we want you to be fully satisfied with your upgrade; if your new head unit doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and include all wiring harnesses and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully repackage the Android stereo, GPS antennas, and all connection cables into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
